אתר Buymax שם דגש ליצירת חווית שירות חיובית לכלל לקוחותיה לרבות אנשים בעלי מוגבלויות שונות, בהתאם למדיניותינו ובכפוף להוראות חוק לשוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, תשנ"ח – 1998 ותקנותיו.

נגישות בחנות הפיזית

בסניף הרצליה לא קיימת חניית נכים ליד החנות, הדרך לחנות נגישה לכיסאות גלגלים, פתח החנות נגיש למעבר בכיסא גלגלים, עמדת שירות נגישה בישיבה, אין בחנות שירותים לשימוש הלקוחות.

קיים מוקד שירות לקוחות הנותן מענה טלפוני, מוקד טלפוני נגיש – מענה קולי ללא תפריט ניתוב, ניתן מענה ללקוחות באמצעות מייל: support@buymax.co.il וגם באמצעות WhatsApp במספר: 054-205-0659

אתר האינטרנט Buymax, הוא אתר קניות נגיש לכלל האוכלוסיה ופרט לאנשים מבוגרים ואנשים בעלי מוגבלויות לגלוש במידה שווה לכלל האוכלוסייה.
אתר האינטרנט Buymax, עומד בדרישות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג 2013.
התאמות הנגישות בוצעו עפ"י המלצות התקן הישראלי (ת"י 5568) לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט ברמת AA ומסמך WCAG2.0 הבינלאומי.
הבדיקות נבחנו לתאימות הגבוהה ביותר עבור דפדפן גוגל כרום.
האתר מספק מבנה עבור טכנולוגיות מסייעות ותמיכה בדפוס השימוש המקובל להפעלה עם מקלדת בעזרת מקשי החיצים, TAB, Enter ו- Esc ליציאה מתפריטים וחלונות.
מותאם לתצוגה בדפדפנים נפוצים במחשב ובטלפון.
